Table 3 summarizes the associated diseases identified within 1 year before and after the FLCN gene test. The common comorbidities other than respiratory disease according to organ were gingivitis and periodontal disease (84%) and gastritis and duodenitis (88%). We also found gastroesophageal reflux disease (65.4%), ophthalmic disease (53.8%), dyslipidemia (53.8%), allergic contact dermatitis (42.3%), and hypertension (38.5%) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene FLCN and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
