Diseases such as epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV), WHIM syndrome, leucocyte adhesion deficiency 1 (LAD1), hyper IgE syndromes caused by dedicator of cytokinesis 8 (DOCK8) mutations, GATA binding protein 2 (GATA2) mutations, interleukin 2 receptor subunit gamma (IL2RG) or Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) deficiency, ataxia telangiectasia (AT), and T‐cell CD28 deficiency can predispose patients to HPV infections in the form of warts and HPV‐related malignancies (Table 2).29, 40, 41, 42. This evidence concerns the gene GATA2 and epidermodysplasia verruciformis.
