FLT3 and autoinflammatory syndrome: Genetic mutations present in auto‐inflammatory syndromes, such as MEFV in Familial Mediterranean Fever, have also been identified in neutrophilic dermatoses, with mutations in PTPN6 (protein tyrosine phosphatase non‐receptor type 6) and FLT‐3 (fms‐like tyrosine kinase 3) thought to be specifically linked to MASS, especially of haematological origin.17
