A study of 2552 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) patients found that the most common gene alterations were mutations in KRAS and PTEN (59% and 62%, respectively), with differences in prevalence by site of metastasis (p = 0.042 and p = 0.037, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
