The results showed that higher NCAPG2 expression levels had a significant relationship with worse prognosis in ACC (adrenocortical carcinoma), KIRP (kidney renal clear cell carcinoma), LIHC (liver hepatocellular carcinoma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), MESO (mesothelioma), PAAD (pancreatic adenocarcinoma), SKCM (skin cutaneous melanoma), and UCEC (uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma) (Figures 1C, D). This evidence concerns the gene NCAPG2 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
