The results showed that knockdown of HIF-1α inhibited the proliferation, invasion, migration and scratch healing process of cervical cancer cells, while overexpression of HIF-1α promoted the proliferation, invasion, migration, and scratch healing process of cervical cancer cells, thus confirming that HIF-1α promoted tumor metastasis by regulating the invasion, migration and scratch healing process of cervical cancer cells. Here, HIF1A is linked to cervical cancer.
