CXCL3 and colorectal carcinoma: When plasma CXCL3 and CEA values were combined for the diagnosis of CRC, the AUC increased to 0.85 (95% CI: 0.81~ 0.89), and the sensitivity and specificity were 0.74 and 0.96, respectively, indicating that CXCL3 added a significant advantage for a diagnosis of CRC (Figure 2(b) and Table 1).
