The results show that Deoxyschizandrin can inhibit the proliferation and migration of bladder cancer cells in vivo and in vitro and promote cell apoptosis through PI3K/AKT signaling pathway by ALOX5, indicating that Deoxyschizandrin may be used in the treatment of bladder cancer, but more cell line application studies and clinical studies are needed to verify it. This evidence concerns the gene ALOX5 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
