In contrast, genes in G1 showed a non-canonical and weak correlation pattern (R = 0.44, p = 0.2) (Figure S6A). KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated that G2 and G3 genes are enriched in cancer (Figure 6C). G1 genes were enriched in the MAPK signaling pathway and the oxytocin signaling pathway (Figure S6B).
