Glioma tissue samples were categorized into low or high CKS2 mRNA expression groups based on the median TPM value (TPM cutoff of 4.727 was used) (Table 1), and univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses revealed that CKS2 mRNA expression level was a significant independent risk factor for tumor prognosis [hazard ratio (HR) = 1.856; 95% CI: 1.213–2.841, p = 0.004].
