In RNA-seq data from TCGA, CKS2 is highly expressed in most cancers (Figure 1E), including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), gastric adenocarcinoma (STAD), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), chromophobia (KICH), adrenal cortical carcinoma (ACC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and urothelial bladder carcinoma (BLCA). This evidence concerns the gene CKS2 and gastric adenocarcinoma.
