IL33 and COVID-19: Additionally, gene pathways associated with inflammatory response and cytokine signalling, a higher transcript abundance of several IL genes (IL1-RAP, IL-10, IL1-R1, IL1-R2, IL18-R1 and IL18-RAP) and increased levels of TNFα, IL-1β, IL-8, IL-33, IL-6 and IL-10 in blood were detected in COVID-19 non-survivors.
