There were 21 genes (AIFM1, BCL2, BIRC2, CASP6, CHMP4B, FADD, FAS, FASLG, HSP90AA1, IPMK, MAP3K7, PARP1, RIPK1, SPATA2, TNF, TNFAIP3, TNFRSF1A, TNFSF10, TP53, TRAF2 and XIAP) upregulated and 13 genes (CASP8, CFLAR, CYLD, DNM1L, HMGB1, ITPK1, MLKL, PGLYRP1, RIPK3, SQSTM1, TNFRSF10A, TRPM7, and ZBP1) downregulated in STS tumor samples (Figure 2A and Figure S1A). The gene discussed is CHMP4B; the disease is telomere syndrome.
