Among them, expression levels of 22 genes were significantly altered, including upregulated MCAM, CXCR4, ALPK2, STC2, PYGL, TYMS, DLX4, FIRRE, PLCB2, CD300C, THBS4, IFI30, and EIF4A1 and downregulated C7, IL-11, MAPK4, DPP6, CNKSR1, LAD1, MT1H, G6PC, and ADH6, in ccRCC samples. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK4 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
