In the cohort of difference analysis, we downloaded a total of 1096 breast cancer samples, including 161 HER2-positive breast cancer samples and 115 triple-negative breast cancer samples, which HER2-positive breast cancer accounted for 14.7% of the total and triple-negative breast cancer accounted for 10.5% of the total, and 34 cases of normal control samples. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
