Using | LogFC | >1 and P<0.01 as filter cutoff criteria, a total of 275 metabolic genes were obtained in HER2-positive breast cancer samples, including 154 up-regulated and 121 down-regulated (Figure 1A), while 320 metabolic genes were obtained in triple-negative breast cancer samples, including 181 up-regulated and 139 down-regulated (Figure 1B). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
