Here we describe the design of a potentially new BC specimen, termed Fractionated Nodal Cell Suspension to establish and fractionate mALN Cell Suspension based on disaggregation of dissected mALN tumor tissue, preparation of mALN Cell Suspension, its further fractionation and determination of protein expression level of nuclear cFOS and cytosolic TGFβ1 from the same ALN sample. This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and breast cancer.
