The results found that lncRNA SNHG12 downregulation led to reduced tumor volume and weight (P < 0.01, Fig. 9A, B) and Ki67 positive rate, and increased CD8 positive rate (P < 0.01, Fig. 9C), along with reduced levels of SNHG12, PD-L1, and USP8 (P < 0.01, Fig. 9D), elevated ubiquitination level of PD-L1 (P < 0.01, Fig. 9E), and decreased   positive rate PD-L1 and USP8 (P < 0.01, Fig. 9F). This evidence concerns the gene SNHG12 and neoplasm.
