The results in Fig. 12 suggested that the knockdown of UBE2S may inhibit the expression levels of the characteristic proteins (p-PI3K/PI3K, p-AKT/AKT and p-mTOR/mTOR), thereby inhibiting ovarian PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in ovarian cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and ovarian carcinoma.
