Our results revealed that KCNK9, KCNK13, and KCNK15 was significantly upregulated in breast cancer cell lines including MDA-MB-231 and SK-BR-3 cell lines, while KCNK2 and KCNK5 was downregulated in breast cancer cell lines comparing with breast epithelial cell line MCF-10A (Supplementary Figure S1A). Here, KCNK15 is linked to breast carcinoma.
