After NAC followed by mastectomy, the primary tumor staging was ypT0 in 40 (18.6%) patients, ypT1 in 103 (47.9%), and ypT2 in 72 (33.5%), with 77 (35.8%), 65 (30.2%), and 73 (34.0%) having lymph node stages ypN0, ypN1, and ypN2-3, respectively. The gene discussed is RAB1A; the disease is neoplasm.
