CD8A and neoplasm: We compared the differences in immune infiltration between the two regulation patterns based on CIBERSORT and showed that TF2 was characterized by an increase in the infiltration of anti-tumor immune cells, such as CD8 T cells, M1 macrophages, and NK cells, and a decrease in the infiltration of tumor-promoting immune cells, such as M2 macrophages (Figures 3A, B).
