TNNI3 and myocardial infarction: The results of the present study showed that the serum h-FABP and cTnI levels in patients with myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects; the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of CDE combined with serum h-FABP and cTnI levels in diagnosing patients with myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those of every single detection and diagnosis.
