Further comparison of the PPP1R14A protein expression according to the CPTAC database demonstrated that the PPP1R14A protein expression was significantly decreased in advanced tumor tissues versus normal tissues in breast cancer, KIRC, colon cancer, LUAD, ovarian cancer, and UCEC (Figure 1C), and the schematic representation of the key findings in this study is shown in Figure 2.
