PPP1R14A and neoplasm: In this study, we performed a pan-cancer expression analysis of PPP1R14A based on the TCGA database, identified a key molecule through a series of experiments including exploring PPP1R14A differential expressions, clinical survival prognosis, genetic alteration, promoter DNA methylation, protein phosphorylation, immune infiltration landscape, and putative signaling pathway, and explored the underlying mechanism in tumorigenesis and tumor suppression across different cancer species.
