Taken together, all data suggested that elevated circTMEM59 prohibited cell cycle transition (CDK4 and cyclin D1), inhibited cell metastasis (E-cadherin and Vimentin) and promoted cell apoptosis (cleaved caspase-3 and Bcl-2) by accumulating ID4 by sponging for miR-668-3p in CRC (Figure 8).
