A previous study by our laboratory demonstrated that DYRK1A could regulate STAT3/EGFR/MET signalling and sensitize EGFR wild-type non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells to AZD9291, thus indicating that DYRK1A could regulate EGFR via STAT3 [27]. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
