Existing studies reported that TP53 plays an essential antitumor role in osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, chondrosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), leiomyosarcoma (LMS), synovial sarcoma, liposarcoma (LPS), angiosarcoma, and undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) [47]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and van der Woude syndrome.
