Performing repeated-measures modeling of the longitudinal sampling in NC-006 comparing the Pa dosing arms, only FSH exhibited a significant difference between the two Pa dose groups in DS patients (Figure 1; P = 0.001) with the 200 mg/d Pa dose inducing a more rapid rise in FSH at early time points (Weeks 1, 2, 4, and 8). This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and Dravet syndrome.
