Similarly, ITGB1, ITGAV, CA19-9, differentiation, lymphatic invasion, neural invasion, tumor diameter, T factor, and lymph node metastasis were all significantly correlated with the pancreatic cancer recurrence rate, and multivariate analysis with eight of these factors showed that ITGB1, neural invasion, T factor, and lymph node metastasis were independent recurrence factors (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene ITGAV and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
