In addition to tumor cells, we identified nine immune cell lineages (CD45+), including natural killer (NK) cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, cycling T cells, B cells, plasma cells, monocytes, macrophages, and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) along with two stromal cell lineages (CD45−), including endothelial cells and fibroblasts (Figure 1A).
