We recruited cancer antigens verified from published articles (∼900) and collected associated peptides from other resources, such as the IEDB (Vita et al., 2019) for peptide binding and T-cell epitope datasets, the SysteMHC atlas (Shao et al., 2018) for mass spectrometry (MS) datasets, the VDJdb database (Bagaev et al., 2020) for antigens with T-cell receptor (TCR) sequence datasets, and the Protein Data Bank for three-dimensional structure of peptide-major histocompatibility complex (p-MHC) or pMHC–TCR complex. This evidence concerns the gene HLA-C and cancer.
