ROBO3 and neoplasm: Zhang et al. (2017) found that two neoantigens, ROBO3 A1265V and PALB2 H198D, with adoptive transfer of autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells stimulated in vitro with mutant peptides decreased tumor growth. In addition, many recent preclinical studies have achieved a broad immune response, such as increased cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response and decrease in the tumor growth rate in mouse models (Ahn et al., 2015; Chen et al., 2015; Rekoske et al., 2015; Lambricht et al., 2016; Lopes et al., 2017, 2018; Wu et al., 2017; Zhao et al., 2017; Gao et al., 2018).
