To investigate the potential biological function of AC099850.3 in the progression of LUAD, we performed KEGG enrichment analysis on genes that were significantly positively correlated with AC099850.3 expression based on TCGA-LUAD data (Figures 5A–D and Supplementary Table 1); the genes were significantly enriched in many pathways involved in cancer progression, including the cell cycle, DNA replication, cellular senescence, and p53 signaling pathway (Figure 5E).
