HIF1A and colorectal carcinoma: The KEGG analyses of network and transcriptomic sequencing suggested that the PI3K–Akt, HIF-1, and MAPK pathways may be highly related to the molecular mechanism of S. officinalis anti-CRC via regulating cell proliferation and migration, so the expression levels of PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt, p-Akt, HIF-1A, VEGFA, MAPK (p44 and p42), and p-MAPK proteins were determined by western blot.
