We used 95D, SPC-A-1, and A549 human lung cancer cell lines, each of which express different concentrations of cell surface CD47 antigens (see Figure 1A), to evaluate the cytotoxic effect of 7DC2-VCMMAE and 7DC4-VCMMAE in vitro, measured as the relative viability rate (Figure 4).
