In this study, we found that circSAFB2 is highly expressed in RCC, which is the first exploration of the function of circSAFB2, CircSAFB2 was generated by back-splicing of the exons 10 and 11 of the SAFB2 gene with several Alu elements within the introns on both sides. This evidence concerns the gene SAFB2 and renal cell carcinoma.
