CD4 and cancer: By comparing the expression of different types of immune cells in normal and cancer tissues, we found that the expression of naive B cells, resting T cells CD4 memory, activated T cells CD4 memory, T cells follicular helper, regulatory T cells (Tregs), γδ T cells, M0 macrophages, M2 macrophages, resting mast cells, activated mast cells, and neutrophils in cancer and normal tissues was significantly different (p < 0.05) (Figure 2A).
