In addition, mutations in some genes were only found in our cohort with ≥10% frequency, such as RECQL, MSH3, RAD51B, RBM10, MAP3K13, KDM5A, EPHA5, and KMT2B. Noticeably, mutations of these genes have been reported in B-cell lymphoma and/or to be associated with B-cell lymphomagenesis according to the COSMIC database (https://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic?genome=37). The gene discussed is KMT2B; the disease is B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
