In our study, flow cytometry results showed that CA was able to promote apoptosis levels in ovarian cancer cells, and Western blotting showed that CA was able to activate the cascade reaction of caspases and promote the expression of cleaved-caspase-3 and cleaved-PARP, demonstrating that CA was able to promote apoptosis by activating the caspase cascade reaction in ovarian cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and ovarian cancer.
