In addition, we found that CD300A‐CD300LF were highly expressed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), ovarian cancer (OV), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and testicular germ cell tumor (TGCT), whereas they were markedly decreased in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and thymoma (THYM), as compared with normal controls (Figure 1C). The gene discussed is CD300A; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
