OTUD3 can promote the occurrence of lung cancer by stabilizing GRP78 (The glucose-regulated protein 78 kDa, Bip) [8], OTUD4 [9], OTUD5 [10], and OTUD6B [11] also play important roles in the pathogenesis of different tumors.
