Based on the results shown in Fig. 1G, H, we chose GC cell lines AGS and MGC-803 for CALR inhibition assays and GC cell line SGC-7901 for establishing CALR stable overexpression model to explore the effects of CALR on GC cell migration; the transfection and infection efficiencies of CALR mRNA and protein level were shown in Supplementary Fig. 2A–E. The gene discussed is CALR; the disease is gastric cancer.
