In conclusion, our study supports that lncRNA‐TTN‐AS1 can act as a molecular sponge of miR‐133b to regulate SQLE expression, and high levels of SQLE can promote pancreatic cancer proliferation and progression by activating ERK/NF‐κB signalling pathway (Figure 6).
