In addition, most of these genes have a risk coefficient greater than 0 (AC008271.1, C11orf53, F2RL2, GBP5, LUCAT1, RP11‐149I23.3, RP11‐383 J24.1 and SLC35G2), except for CASP8 and RP11‐114B7.6, suggesting that these genes are adverse prognostic factors in hepatitis‐positive HCC patients. The gene discussed is CASP8; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
