Similarly, we also found that some of the DAS genes isolated from W0 vs. L0 were associated with metabolism (b4galt7, pigl, and uqcrc2b), infection (dync1i2b, kif5c, and vps41), and calcium signaling (cacna1ab, cacna1da, and phkb); some were involved in transcription regulation (nup210 and upf1); and another was involved in post-transcriptional regulation (prpf3).
