Based on the comprehensive analysis of the results, the upregulation of ITGA10 expression in BMSCs from T2DM patients can not only improve cell adhesion and migration abilities but also increase the osteogenic differentiation potential of BMSCs by regulating the FAK/PI3K/AKT/GSK3β/β-catenin signaling pathway.
