The following conclusions were found: the positivities of anticardiolipin antibody (ACL) (odds ratio [OR] = 0.87, 95% confidence interval [CI] [0.64, 1.18], p = 0.37), IgG ACL (OR = 1.39, 95% CI [0.68, 2.83], p = 0.37), IgM ACL (OR = 2.07, 95% CI [0.88, 4.90], p = 0.09), LA (OR = 1.34, 95% CI [0.69, 2.60], p = 0.39), and APS (OR = 1.074, 95% CI [0.74, 1.55], p = 0.70) in SLE is not associated with ON. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
