Given these facts, the existing study aimed to examine the antidepressant effect of Rb1 in CSDS-associated depression-like behavior by assessing the behavioral changes and relations between neuroinflammatory parameters, such as microglia activation and the NLRP3 signaling pathway, as well as oxidative stress and the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway in the hippocampus. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and depressive symptom measurement.
