APL IgG or IgM, anti-β 2GPI antibodies, anti-PT antibodies, and anti-V annexin antibodies accounted for 100%, 80%, 60%, and 24% of primary APS patients, respectively, compared with 66% of recurrent abortion patients whose above antibodies were negative, of which ACL IgG or IgM, anti-β 2GPI antibodies, anti-PT antibodies, and anti-V annexin antibodies accounted for 6%, 6%, 16%, and 17%, respectively [23].
