After logistic regression, leukopenia (OR 145.404, p ≤ 0.001), prolonged aPTT (OR 250.124, p ≤ 0.001), normal CRP level (OR 172.021, p ≤ 0.001), and elevated CK level (OR 192.616, p = 0.001) were significantly associated with SFTS compared to scrub typhus (Model C).
