Myastenia Gravis (27%), neuropathy (23%, mostly Guillain–Barrè syndrome) and myopathy (34%) were the most frequent. The median time of onset was of 3.6 cycles of anti-PD1/PD-L1 inhibitors. Ach-R antibodies were detected in 50% of patients. 79% responded to steroids. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and myopathy.
