Downstream kinases include, but are not limited to, JAK1/3, Tyk2, IRAK1/4, BTK, GSK3B, etc. They are considered promising and validated targets for the treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, and many others, including sepsis, which was reviewed recently [37,38].
