Boswellia inhibits various cancer-associated signal transduction pathways, such as Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), WNT/β-catenin, AKT, extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2), nuclear factor ‘kappa-light-chain-enhancer’ of activated B-cells (NF-κB), nuclear factor of kappa light polypeptide gene enhancer in B-cells inhibitor (IκB), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), and c-Myc [66].
